Our founder, Ann Mclean, envisioned a space where community members could come together to celebrate, collaborate, and create lasting memories. Today, The Benedetto Event Center stands as a testament to that vision.

The Benedetto Event Center is designed to accommodate a wide range of events, from weddings and birthdays to corporate functions and more. We are dedicated to providing a seamless and memorable experience for all our clients.

Venue Description

The Benedetto Event Center features three distinct spaces:

- Mini Hall: Ideal for intimate gatherings, accommodating 35-40 guests.

- Lounge Hall: A cozy area perfect for mingling, with a capacity of 50-60 guests.

- Grand Hall: Suitable for larger events, with a maximum capacity of 250 guests.

Amenities available include chairs, tables, and a bar setup. Our team is committed to ensuring your event runs smoothly.

Your booking includes the use of our furnishings, setup, and cleanup services, ensuring a stress-free experience.

We offer free on-site parking in the compound surrounding the building, with sufficient space to accommodate up to 200 guests.

Accessibility: The venue is designed to be accessible for all ages, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.

Additional Services: While our current offerings include venue rental and event furnishings, we do not yet have security cameras or recording devices installed.

OVERTIME

Overtime will be billed in increments, with prior notice required to ensure smooth transitions.

CLEANING / DAMAGES

Clients are responsible for cleaning up after their event, and any damages incurred during the booking period will be billed accordingly.

FURNITURE

Furniture can be rearranged, but prior notice is required for any significant changes to setup.

MISCELLANEOUS

Smoking is not permitted on the premises, and the use of decorations such as glitter or confetti is discouraged.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- 180+ days before the event: Full refund.

- 90–179 days before the event: Refund minus non-refundable retainer.

- 30–89 days before the event: 50% of total paid retained.

- Under 30 days before the event: 100% of total retained.

We prioritize health and safety, implementing rigorous cleaning procedures and offering sanitization stations in common areas.
